Getting logged in to Trivie just got easier!

Users will now only need to enter their email to access Trivie! When users receive a welcome email from Trivie they will be provided with a link to their Trivie account and there are 3 ways a new and existing user can access the platform:

Email/Password:

Users will now only need to enter their email to access Trivie!

When accessing Trivie, users will be prompted to enter their email. Once entered, they will be brought to a company branded screen where they can enter a password. Users will enter their password and have access to Trivie.

Access Code:

Users can still login using an access code. When accessing Trivie, users can click on the 'Enter Access Code' button at the bottom of the screen.  Enter the four digit access code provided by their organization. Then, enter your email and password to sign in.

SSO:

If your organization is utilizing SSO, users will click the link provided in their welcome email, enter their email, and be granted access into Trivie. Existing users will navigate to the app or web browser and enter their email to access Trivie. Users will receive a message that SSO is required and hit the continue button to access their login portal.

Pin Login:

If your organization utilizes a pin login, users must enter the organization's four digit access code. When accessing Trivie, users can click on the 'Enter Access Code' button at the bottom of the screen. They will then be prompted enter their login pin to gain access to Trivie. 

Self- Registration:

If your organization allows self-registration, users must enter the organization's four digit access code. Once entered, users will need to provide their first name, last name, email, and create a password to access Trivie.
