Where can I locate my game’s access code?

Click on your email address in the top-right corner of the header of any page and a drop-down menu will open up and show you your 4-digit access code.

Can I change my access code?

No, but if you feel that your company's access code might be compromised please reach out to support@trivie.com.

What if my users are not receiving the Trivie's emails?

Please add noreply@trivie.com to your spam filter controls email whitelist to ensure that Trivie emails are allowed.

Can I add my users to more than one segment?

Yes! You can have users in more than one segment. What are tags and segments?

If I delete a segment, tag, or user will I lose their statistical data?

Deleting a segment will not delete tags or users that belonged to that segment, but it will cause issues with assignments that are assigned to that segment.
Deleting a tag will remove that tag from all users that it was attached to. It will also remove those tags from any segment rules it was a part of.
Deleting a user will cause that user's account to be permanently deleted, this includes all quiz results, discussion activity, badges, etc.. for that user.
We recommend that you export segment, tag, or user data to Excel reports before making substantial deletions.

Can I limit the amount of times a user can take a quiz?

Yes. If you enable the Assessment Mode option when creating a new assignment, users will then be limited to one attempt per quiz for that assignment.

Why is my admin account usage not reflected in the Management System?

Admin metrics are not recorded in Management System to prevent skewing the data. Only metrics from user accounts will be recorded.

Please note that you cannot create a user and admin with the same email address.

What sorts of limits are in the system?

There are no limits to the amount of Assignments, Quizzes, or Questions you may create. You may create as many Segments or Tags as you like, but Users are based around the amount of available seat licenses.

How do I change my admin password in the Management System?

Click on your email address in the top-right corner of the header of any page and a drop-down menu will open up – click on "Change Password" and fill out the form on the following page. If you do not know your password, contact support@trivie.com.
