What platform settings can I adjust?
Navigate to the Settings tab on the left hand navigation bar:
Under this tab you can adjust global, game, branding, webooks, and Admin.
Global
Company / Institution Name
This is where you enter the name of your company or institution.
Policy
When a policy is entered, a menu option in the game will appear that allows your users to view the content. Enter any relevant policy or legal information you wish to display within the game.
Policy URL
Creates a button on the Policy page within the game that links to this URL.
Game Settings
How do I allow users to register with an access code?
Under the Login tab within Game, turn on the 'Allow User Registration'. If this is turned ON, you can select which segments you want self-registered users to automatically be added to:
If you have hourly employees, you can turn on the Hourly Warning which shows the following message and they must accept to continue.
How do I turn on notifications?
Under the Notifications tab within Game you can turn on/off email, push, or assignment completed emails
Users will only receive push notifications if they have them turned on in the Trivie app.
How do I turn on Discussions, Challenges, and User Profile Stats?
Under the Social tab within Game you can turn on/off these features
Where do I manage the Leaderboard?
Under the Leaderboard tab within Game you can turn this feature on/off, and choose if you'd like to group leaderboards by Tags.
Here you can also reset the leaderboards.
When you reset the leaderboards, you're essentially telling the system to ignore past correct answers and only use new correct answers to calculate the leaderboard ranks from now on.
This does not delete any data, it simply ignores past correct answers when ranking users.
